Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including unloading materials and preparing work areas Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and cutting tools safely and effectively Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to ensure smooth surfaces and structural integrity Install rebar and metal stud framing according to blueprint specifications and technical drawings Perform tasks related to heavy lifting, material transportation, and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support accurate execution of tasks like tile laying, stucco application, caulking, plastering, and other finishing work Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance Qualifications Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar laborer role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately Knowledge of concrete forming, concrete finishing techniques, rebar installation, and concrete cutting is highly desirable Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work on-site for extended periods Understanding of construction safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Experience with carpentry, metal stud framing, tile laying, stucco application, caulking, or plastering is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills build the foundation for lasting structures!
