Key Responsibilities Delivery & Setup Prepare and secure mobile office trailers and units for delivery Take down buildings for transport by putting up temporary shipping walls, securing the outside walls, and separating connected units Disconnect utilities (including power, water, and crossover connections) Install ramps, skirting, anchors, stairs, and other setup components Load, unload, assemble, and arrange furniture inside trailers Conduct service work on customer units in the field, including light electrical and plumbing repairs Facilities & Maintenance Perform light construction and repair work (carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical) Conduct basic grounds and yard maintenance Maintain proper inventory levels of tools, equipment, and parts Customer Interaction Serve as the primary on-site contact during trailer setup Ensure client satisfaction with trailer placement, furniture arrangement, and site readiness Schedule Standard shift: 7:00 AM
