We're looking for individuals with experience assisting concrete crews, carpenters, and other skilled trades who take pride in working safely and contributing to a productive jobsite. Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades on active construction projects Perform demolition of walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building materials Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment throughout the jobsite Assist with concrete placement, forming, mixing, and finishing operations Support rough carpentry, framing, blocking, and general construction tasks Safely operate hand tools and power tools Load and unload deliveries and maintain organized material staging areas Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general labor to maintain a safe and productive work environment Follow all OSHA regulations and jobsite safety procedures Complete additional tasks as assigned to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications:
1+ years of commercial, industrial, or residential construction experience preferred Experience with concrete work, demolition, carpentry, or general construction labor is a plus Comfortable using common construction hand tools and power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day Reliable transportation to jobsites Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments
Pay Range:
