We are looking for hardworking and dependable Landscape Construction Crew Members and Crew Leaders to join our team. Employees will assist with the installation and construction of residential and commercial landscape projects. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with landscape construction and installation projects.
• Install pavers, retaining walls, concrete, stone, mulch, plants, trees, and other landscape materials.
• Perform grading, excavation, digging, and site preparation.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Assist with irrigation installation and repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Properly care for and store company tools, equipment, and materials.

For Crew Leaders:

Supervise crew members, assign daily tasks, communicate with management, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

Requirements:

• Previous landscape construction experience preferred.
• Crew Leader experience preferred for leadership position.
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, dig, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Job Type:

Full-time Experience:

• Landscape construction: 1 year preferred
• Crew Leader/Supervisory experience: preferred for Crew Leader position

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
• Overtime as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License preferred

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
