This hands-on role gives you the opportunity to work alongside an experienced crew performing structural, wood, and metal framing on active commercial jobsites. Whether you are an experienced carpenter or a hard-working laborer looking to grow your skills, this position offers steady work with a growing company and room to advance for the right people. How You Will Make an Impact Perform structural, wood, or metal framing on commercial jobs. Assist with framing layout and installation on active commercial jobsites. Read basic plans and work off layout to complete assigned framing tasks. Use basic hand tools to support framing and structural construction work. Work as part of a crew to complete commercial framing projects. Contribute as a reliable and hard-working member of the field team. Required Qualifications & Experience Able to read basic plans and work off layout. Reliable and able to consistently report to assigned jobsites. Own basic hand tools. Comfortable working as part of a crew on active commercial jobsites. Hard-working laborers looking to learn are welcome. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience with structural, wood, or metal framing on commercial jobs. Experienced carpenters are welcome.
