Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking motivated entry-level construction general laborers to join our team. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. The position involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and helping ensure safety and efficiency on site. We are hiring 3 to 5 individuals to contribute to our ongoing projects. Benefits include accrued paid time off, among other perks. This is a great opportunity for those looking to start a career in construction and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Support skilled workers by carrying tools and supplies. Help with setting up and breaking down construction sites. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
No experience necessary; training will be provided. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to lift heavy materials.
Pay:
$17.00 - $29.78 per hour
