2997539636-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Lamar Advertising Company seeks an Outdoor Construction Worker to build, install, and maintain billboard and digital advertising structures for clients across the local market. In this field-based role, you will work outdoors year-round, frequently at heights, assembling frames, hanging vinyl, and servicing lighting and digital components. You'll operate hand and power tools, ladders, and aerial lifts while following strict OSHA and company safety standards. Partner with local operations and sales teams to meet installation deadlines and support high-visibility advertising campaigns. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain outdoor advertising structures, including billboards and digital displays Operate hand and power tools, ladders, and lifts to complete construction tasks safely Work at heights to assemble frames, hang vinyl, and service lighting and digital components Read work orders, site plans, and measurements to ensure accurate installation and placement Inspect structures for damage or wear and perform basic repairs as needed Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites Follow OSHA, company, and traffic safety procedures at all times Collaborate with local operations and sales teams to meet installation deadlines Complete required documentation, photos, and reports for completed jobs Maintain a clean, organized work truck and job site Required Skills Outdoor construction Working at heights Use of hand and power tools Aerial lift operation Basic electrical/lighting repair Blueprints and site plan reading Rigging and material handling Measurement and layout Safety and OSHA compliance Equipment and truck maintenance
