Duties Operate excavation equipment such as excavators, loaders, and water trucks to perform digging, trenching, grading, and utility installation tasks efficiently and safely. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety procedures. Follow federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Support construction grading activities to ensure proper site elevation and drainage according to project specifications. Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and assisting other crew members with heavy equipment operation as needed. Qualifications Any experience in construction or utility work with with any level knowledge of excavation processes and heavy equipment operation. Valid driver's license. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic maintenance on construction machinery is a plus. Ability to perform construction site work efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Construction experience involving utility installation, site grading, or water truck operation is highly desirable. Work as a team in a family owned company. !

$18.00 - $27.00 per hour
