Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Night Shift Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. Your expertise will help drive project success from site preparation through to completion, contributing to the safe and timely delivery of infrastructure and development initiatives. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, and other machinery to perform tasks such as grading, excavation, and other quarry work. Manage the operation of specialized vehicles such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and other machinery to support various phases of daily operations. Conduct pre-operation inspections on all equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning before use. Follow all safety protocols and quarry site regulations to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate equipment usage efficiently across multiple project sites. Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours, maintenance needs, and project progress reports. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active construction sites. Mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery such as Caterpillar equipment or similar brands. Hands-on experience with concrete mixers, dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, water trucks, roll-off trucks, farm machinery, or similar equipment. Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures. Ability to read technical manuals and follow detailed instructions accurately. Physical stamina and dexterity required for long shifts working outdoors in varying weather conditions. $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
