Job Description
General Laborer - Irrigation Innovative Irrigation LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as a General Laborer . If you enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you! No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Duties may include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the installation of residential and commercial lawn irrigation systems Performing irrigation system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Digging trenches and installing pipe, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers Operating hand tools and assisting with equipment as needed Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and job sites Working alongside experienced technicians to complete projects safely and efficiently Performing other irrigation-related tasks as assigned Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older No prior experience required - training is provided Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn Ability to work well in a team environment Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement Full-time employment Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow within the company If you're looking for a rewarding career in a growing industry and enjoy working outdoors, apply today and become part of the Innovative Irrigation team!
