Construction Laborer IWP Foundation Repair is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. We work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including foundation repair, residential waterproofing, commercial caulking, and commercial waterproofing. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is willing to learn. Construction experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

$18.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable and able to report to work on time Willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team Able to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and at different jobsite locations Able to follow company and jobsite safety procedures Construction experience is preferred, but not required

What You'll Do:

Depending on experience, strengths, and company needs, you may work primarily with our Commercial or Foundation Repair team.

Commercial Caulking & Waterproofing:

Assist with commercial caulking, sealing, and waterproofing projects Prepare surfaces and apply sealants to joints, windows, and exterior building panels Work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding as required by the project Use hand and power tools to complete assigned work Help protect commercial buildings from water intrusion and damage Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Foundation Repair & Residential Waterproofing:

Assist with excavation, digging, and trenching around residential structures Help install piers, braces, and other structural stabilization systems Assist with concrete work and jobsite preparation Perform interior and exterior residential waterproofing Assist with drainage and water-management solutions Use hand and power tools to complete assigned work Work alongside experienced crew members to repair, stabilize, and waterproof homes Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
