Construction Laborer/Helper Ware, MA Apply Construction Laborer/Helper ZMA Home Maintenance & Services LLC is hiring a dependable construction laborer/helper for full-time residential construction and remodeling work throughout Western Massachusetts. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, jobsite preparation and cleanup, demolition, debris removal, assisting carpenters and other crew members, measuring and cutting materials under supervision, and safely using approved hand and power tools. Work may include assisting with framing, decks, siding, repairs, and other home-improvement projects. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required for a dependable applicant who is willing to learn. Applicants must arrive on time, follow instructions, work safely, and be able to perform physical construction work. Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites is required. Employees must follow all company safety requirements and properly use required hard hats, fall protection, eye protection, and other personal protective equipment. Required company safety equipment and site-specific safety instruction will be provided.

Schedule:
