Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care to infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences Follow all mandated reporting laws and health protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements that support childhood development goals Manage classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions with patience and professionalism Experience Prior experience working with infants in daycare centers, preschools, or similar childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction tailored to early childhood stages is essential Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus Demonstrated classroom management skills in a daycare or early learning environment Familiarity with childhood development milestones and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid, CPR. Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents and team members to support children's growth and well-being

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
