Get Hands-On. Learn the Trades. This internship is for students who want to work with their hands, be outside every day, and learn construction from the ground up . If you're not afraid to get dirty and want real field experience instead of sitting behind a desk, this role is for you. This is a 100% field-based internship with very limited desk work. You'll be part of a high-performing construction team on an active job site in Hampton Roads , learning directly from experienced professionals. Locations Washington, DC Northern Virginia Southern Maryland Buffalo, NY Virginia Beach, VA What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside ACE field teams and report directly to the Project Superintendent . This role is all about learning how construction actually happens — from basic labor skills to understanding how different trades work together on large infrastructure projects.
