Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as Site work construction workers. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects team, assisting with various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of building and renovation work. This position will assist landscape crews as needed and will also assist maintenance crews when available. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Assist Construction Manager with preparation through completion of projects. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisor and skilled tradespeople on specific tasks. Ability to perform tasks without direct supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety on-site. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties. Requirements Previous experience in site work construction. Prefer 3+ years. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Experience with small equipment, skid steer, small excavators, compactors is preferred. Experience with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. Must be able to pass any required background checks or screenings.
