This is a W-2 employee position (not 1099) —meaning steady pay, taxes handled, and real job stability. Unlike many construction companies, we do NOT lay off in the winter . We keep our crews working year-round, providing consistency you can count on. W-2 Employment

• tight teams, efficient job sites What You'll Do Build high-quality residential decks from start to finish Use hand and power tools safely Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site Work closely with a 3-person crew to complete projects efficiently Travel to residential job sites as part of your daily work Perform physical work outdoors in all seasons

Job Requirements Minimum Requirements:
