Job Summary Join the fastest growing foundation repair and waterproofing company as a Helical Pier Installer, Crawl Space Repair Specialist, or General Laborer. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing helical piers to stabilize and lift foundations, repairing crawl spaces to improve structural integrity, and supporting various construction tasks across residential and commercial projects. Paid training is provided to ensure your success in this rewarding career. Duties Install helical piers accurately according to engineering plans and specifications to stabilize foundations. Perform crawl space repairs, including encapsulation, insulation installation, and moisture control measures. General Laborer for I Beam wall bracing, internal waterproofing, and exterior waterproofing. Assist with general construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, caulking, and trim carpentry. Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to execute project requirements precisely. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on all job sites. Requirements Outdoor work experience with the physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills during installation processes. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is preferred for site access.
