Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Poured Wall Laborer to join our team and assist with various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to building. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while supporting skilled tradespeople in completing projects efficiently and safely. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site Prepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up necessary equipment Perform manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials Support skilled workers with tasks like measuring, cutting, and assembling components Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Operate basic hand tools and machinery as trained and authorized Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the project duration Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license is a nice-to-have for transportation purposes Commitment to safety standards and procedures This position provides an excellent entry point into the construction industry with opportunities for skill development.
