🚧 Construction Laborer - Demolition 🔥 Immediate Openings - Summer Project We are actively hiring Construction Laborers for an interior demolition project at a school in Truman, MN. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with construction experience or anyone comfortable using hand and power tools. 🛠️ Job Responsibilities Perform interior demolition (drywall, walls, ceiling systems) Remove insulation, framing, and fixtures Operate hand and power tools (hammers, pry bars, saws, drills) Assist with debris removal and site cleanup Load/unload materials and dispose of demolition debris properly Follow OSHA and job site safety standards Set up containment areas to manage dust and protect surroundings Work in a school environment with safety awareness Support skilled trades and supervisors as needed ✅ Requirements Construction experience OR experience with hand/power tools required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work on a team and follow direction ⭐ Preferred Qualifications Previous construction or demolition experience Familiarity with job site tools and safety practices ⏰ Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM+ (overtime available) Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Truman, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
