This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties Construct "tiny homes" with material and tools provided. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Have minor experience in tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Ability to work independently and learn quickly. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met Qualifications Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Basic knowledge of construction methods.
