Our organization is looking for a Director of Nursing to lead our long-term care and nursing home facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatrics and a passion for providing quality care to our residents. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and certified, and developing policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the quality of care provided to patients in the nursing home. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursing home. Ensure that all nursing staff are properly trained and certified. Develop and implement patient care plans in accordance with physician orders. Manage and coordinate all nursing activities in the nursing home. Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to long-term care. Evaluate patient outcomes.
