In person About the Position H&H Custom Buildings is looking for 1-2 dependable Construction Laborers to join our field crew on a temporary basis. For the right person, this position may develop into a permanent, full-time role with H&H. We build post-frame buildings, barndominiums, and other residential projects throughout Montana. This is a hands-on construction position working alongside our crew leaders and other team members. We are looking for people who show up, work hard, take direction, care about the quality of their work, and want to improve their construction skills. Construction experience is preferred, but attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. Responsibilities As a Construction Laborer, you will: Assist with setup and cleanup of construction jobsites Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment Perform general construction and manual labor as directed by crew leaders Assist with post-frame and stick-frame construction Use basic hand tools and power tools safely Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Help care for company tools, equipment, trailers, and vehicles Follow instructions, plans, and company safety procedures Work outdoors in changing Montana weather conditions Assist other crew members as needed to keep projects moving efficiently Help identify problems rather than ignoring or covering them up Take responsibility for the quality of your own work Learn new construction skills, methods, and procedures Requirements Applicants must have: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to arrive on time and ready to work Ability to perform physical construction work throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry heavy building materials Willingness to learn and take direction Basic familiarity with construction tools and equipment Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone for company time and location tracking Ability to travel and occasionally stay out of town when required Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to pass a background check Ability to commute to East Helena, MT, or relocate before beginning work Construction experience of 1-2 years is preferred but not required for an applicant who demonstrates the right work ethic and willingness to learn. Personal Tools Applicants who already own basic construction tools are preferred, but personal tools are not required.

However, we are also looking for people who could become long-term members of H&H Custom Buildings.
