Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably in food service or retail environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of route planning and navigation using mobile devices or GPS systems. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to lift heavy loads safely while following proper lifting practices; comfortable with moving boxes or food containers of varying weights.
