Westslope Excavation & Reclamation is Hiring! Westslope Excavation & Reclamation, based in Helena, MT , is looking to add an Equipment Operator / Laborer to our growing team. Full-time or part-time positions available. Our work is primarily in and around the Helena area and includes: Residential foundations Septic system installation Underground utilities Roads & driveways Pond construction Grading & landscaping Reclamation and site preparation

Pay:

$20-$35+/hour , depending on experience, work ethic, and qualifications. We are willing to train the right individual who is motivated, dependable, and eager to learn. CDL is preferred but not required. Laborer Responsibilities Physical labor including raking, shoveling, and operating power tools Operating jumping jacks, plate compactors, and trench rollers Assisting with excavation, septic, and utility installations Performing routine equipment maintenance (checking fluids, greasing, servicing, and minor repairs) Basic survey and grade-checking skills Equipment Operator Responsibilities Operating CTL skid steers Operating mini and small excavators Operating end dump trucks Excavation for foundations, septic systems, utilities, roads, and other residential projects Working safely while producing high-quality workmanship If you're hardworking, reliable, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you!
