This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse installation tasks. You'll be hands-on with building materials, tools, and technical drawings, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and safety. Paid training is provided to help you develop your skills and grow your career in the construction industry. Duties Assist with the installation of storm drainage systems, foundation waterproofing, Grading & Excavation, Retaining Walls, and other outdoor componets. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete various construction tasks. Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices for proper fitting and alignment. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Follow instructions from supervisors regarding project timelines, safety protocols, and quality expectations. Experience Prior construction site experience or hands-on work in building material installation is not required but preferred. Familiarity with construction principles or estimating processes is a plus but not required. Knowledge of plumbing, drainage systems, or land prep adds value to your skill set. Proficiency in handling hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices such as tape measures is essential. Strong communication skills for customer service interactions when needed during installation projects.
