Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work progresses efficiently and safely. Your hands-on involvement will include a variety of tasks related to building, renovation, and restoration projects. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including preparing materials and tools for daily tasks Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumps safely and effectively Support the installation of rebar, formwork, and framing according to blueprint specifications Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and caulking to ensure smooth surfaces and durable structures Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to execute tasks accurately Carry out heavy lifting and material handling to support various phases of construction projects Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Requirements Previous experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Knowledge of heavy machinery such as concrete mixers, concrete pumps, and power tools is desirable Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans with confidence Skills in masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, stucco application, or trim carpentry are a plus Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights if necessary Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting team members Join us as a Construction Laborer and become part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence!
