Job Description
General Laborer - Utility & Civil Construction We're looking for hardworking, dependable General Laborers to join our growing civil construction team. If you enjoy working outdoors, traveling to projects, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, we want to hear from you. If you enjoy working outdoors, traveling, operating around heavy equipment, and being part of a team that builds critical infrastructure, we'd like to hear from you. What We Offer Stable, year-round employment with competitive pay based on experience Paid travel expenses and daily per diem Overtime opportunities Company-provided safety training and PPE Responsibilities • Support utility infrastructure work, including access roads, temporary matting, site restoration, erosion control, vegetation management, and right-of-way maintenance Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work alongside equipment operators, foremen, and utility crews to complete projects safely and efficiently Qualifications Construction, landscaping, utility, or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to travel during the work week Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record CDL is a plus but not required These skills are a plus! Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, or tractors OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, or equipment certifications
