Full-Time Showroom & Office Associate We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our flooring retail team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working with the public. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting and assisting customers in our showroom Providing excellent customer service Performing general office and administrative duties Managing and maintaining social media accounts Assisting with day-to-day showroom operations Supporting the sales team as needed

Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, neat, and presentable appearance Comfortable interacting with customers and the public Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude QuickBooks experience is a plus

Schedule Requirements:

Our showroom and office are open 7 days a week, including most holidays . Candidates must be available to work at least two evenings per week until 8:00 PM, as well as one weekend day during the daytime .
