Our jobs include landscaping, gardening, cleanup, painting, masonry, drainage, carpentry, exterior repairs, handyman work, remodeling, and general property improvement throughout Northeast Ohio. This is not an entry-level helper role. We're looking for someone with real hands-on ability, good judgment, and the ability to complete quality work without constant supervision. What You'll Do Work on a wide variety of projects Be able to handle assigned tasks independently as needed Assist with and sometimes lead parts of jobs Perform skilled labor across landscaping, painting, masonry, carpentry, repairs, cleanup, and related work as business needs dictate - flexibility is a must Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials Communicate clearly about progress or issues on the job What We're Looking For Reliable and shows up on time Has real experience in skilled labor, construction, landscaping, painting, masonry, carpentry, maintenance, or similar work Can be trusted to work alone when needed Uses good judgment and has solid common sense on a jobsite Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work in varying weather Has reliable transportation Pay & Hours Starting range is $20 - $24/hr depending on your portfolio and experience you can demostrate you have. After a probationary period the wage will be based on demonstrated skill, reliability, work ethic, and ability to work independently.
