General Laborer | $18 HR Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Laborer. This role involves working in various aspects of the shipyard, including assisting with projects on tugboats, ferries, and other water transport equipment. Responsibilities Assist with various tasks in the shipyard. Work on tugboats, ferries, and water transport equipment. Perform basic cable and wire pulling, as well as prep work. Help with painting tasks, such as rolling and prepping the boats. Monitor skilled welders to ensure safety and prevent sparks on the ship. Handle and lift miscellaneous materials and parts between boats. Drill and put screws into new or renovated boats. Perform overall utility work throughout the shipyard. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
