•Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Road Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting various aspects of road construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in all tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to contribute to infrastructure development. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided. Duties Assist with site preparation, including setting up barriers and signage Load and unload construction materials and equipment Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervision Help with the installation of road surfaces, signage, and barriers Maintain a clean and safe work environment by clearing debris and hazards Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries Support team members in completing project milestones on schedule Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety instructions Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred Prior experience in construction or labor work is a plus but not required Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry while contributing to essential infrastructure projects.
