Columbus, OH Pay Rate:
$22.00 - $23.00 Currently seeking Service Technicians with any of the following skills: handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry skills to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations. Our client is looking for skilled and dependable carpenters and technicians to join their team, this is not a short-term position; it is a career opportunity. Construction experience is required.Responsibilities:
Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning. Remodeling modular buildings Inspect/replace framework using carpentry skills Tile prep and installation Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings Install structures and fixtures, such as windows. Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks. Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies. Wear and use of personal protective equipmentRequirements:
Rough Carpentry experience such as wall framing or sub flooring installation Remodeling experience Background and drug testing Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed Competitive Benefits After Direct Hire with the client!
