Join Our Gutter Installation Team! We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing gutter installation crew. If you're hardworking, enjoy hands-on work, and are willing to learn, we're willing to train you! Previous experience with seamless gutters, soffit, fascia, metal work, remodeling, or construction is a plus, but gutter installation experience is not required. Training begins immediately after hiring to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the position. What You'll Do As part of our installation crew, you'll report to our warehouse each workday and travel to job sites in a company vehicle.

Responsibilities include:

Installing seamless gutters and assisting with related exterior work Working independently and as part of a crew Reading job instructions and recording materials on work orders Keeping company trucks and job sites clean and organized Providing professional and courteous service to customers Following OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, safety-conscious, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Have full-time availability Have reliable transportation to and from work Be comfortable working outdoors year-round Be able to climb ladders and work at heights up to three stories Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Have good communication and customer service skills Be able to pass a drug screening and background check as a condition of employment
