Responsibilities Assist in interpreting construction plans and blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as skid loaders and lifts safely and effectively Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) for concrete structures following technical drawings and safety protocols Execute tasks related to barn structures, ground work, siding, roofs. Conduct site preparation activities including heavy lifting, material handling, and ensuring adherence to construction safety regulations Support the installation of hardscape elements and perform concrete cutting and finishing tasks with precision Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and machinery confidently Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans accurately Proficiency in concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and related techniques such as rebar installation and concrete cutting. Siding installation.
