This position involves working with manufactured and mobile homes, including helping with the breakdown, transportation, preparation, and setup of homes. No prior experience or formal education is required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works well with a team, and is comfortable performing physically demanding work. Job Responsibilities Assist with breaking down and preparing manufactured/mobile homes for transportation. Assist with setting up and assembling manufactured/mobile homes at their destination. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment. Help transport materials and equipment to and from job sites. Safely pull and transport a trailer behind a company truck. Assist with various labor tasks at mobile/manufactured home job sites. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and use equipment properly. Perform other general labor duties as needed. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Must be able to safely drive a truck while pulling a trailer. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Must be physically capable of performing strenuous labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, walking, and working outdoors. Must be dependable and consistently show up to work on time. Must be willing to learn and take direction. Must be able to work effectively as part of a team. Must be willing to travel to different job sites as needed. Experience & Education No formal education is required. No previous experience is required. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Previous experience in construction, manufactured/mobile homes, transportation, general labor, moving, or similar work is a plus, but not required.
