CONSTRUCTION LABORER/DRIVER

in the Belleville area to join our team of experienced employees.

A CONSTRUCTION LABORER/DRIVER

will perform physical tasks at our concrete pouring sites and provide transportation to and from job sites for our employees. We are looking for individuals with construction or concrete experience or who are will to learn this trade. Responsibilities & Tasks Designing and building forms. Setting forms. Pouring concrete. Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber. Spreading and smoothing concrete. Molding expansion joints and edges. Monitoring the effects of weather on the curing process. Applying waterproofing and sealant to protect concrete work. Monitoring the material to ensure it hardens to a durable finish. Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment. Clean up the worksite when the project is complete. Requirement & Skills Ability to stand and kneel for long periods. Ability to lift heavy materials. Valid driver's license and the ability to pull a company trailer.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the construction or concrete industries. Knowledge of hand-held power tools, including vibrators, polishers, cutting saws, and edging tools.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to communicate with others verbally. Must be able to push and pull up to 50 pounds. Must have the balance and dexterity to maneuver around a construction site and be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be drug and alcohol-free.
