• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where children can learn and grow.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Follow all DHS regulations and center policies. Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must obtain or maintain all required state clearances and training. Preferred Qualifications
• CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus but not required.
