TradeWorX is hiring Rigging Laborers for heavy machinery moving and industrial field work based out of the Leechburg, PA area. This is an opportunity for dependable candidates with construction, industrial, mechanical, or general labor experience who want to develop hands-on rigging and machinery-moving skills. Employees will report to the shop before traveling with the crew to field locations. Pay & Overtime:

$24-$26/hour based on experience Overtime may be available depending on project requirements

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Start times generally between 5: 00 AM and 7: 00 AM Report to the Leechburg-area shop before traveling to field locations Project schedules may occasionally require overtime, weekends, or schedule flexibility

Job Duties:

Assist experienced riggers with machinery and equipment moves Handle and organize rigging equipment and help prepare work areas Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers Spot equipment and support crews working around forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment Use basic hand and power tools while assisting with field operations Move materials, maintain clean work areas, and learn proper rigging techniques

Requirements:

Industrial, construction, mechanical, or related labor experience preferred Willingness and ability to learn proper rigging and machinery-moving techniques Ability to perform physical work and safely follow directions around heavy equipment Ability to work at different field locations and adapt to changing project conditions Reliable transportation and ability to consistently meet early start times Ability to complete required background check and drug screen
