Job Description for Concrete Laborer Physical requirements : Ability to work on your feet all day, able to lift various heavy materials, ability to kneel, bend, squat, and navigate uneven terrain with no physical limitations. Able to rake and shovel concrete, able to work in all weather conditions, wet, hot, cold etc. Willing and physically able to work long hours including overtime and weekends. Out of town work and/or some travel may be required. Job expectations, requirements, responsibilities: Must be able to work well with others Willing and able to listen to and follow instructions Work with a positive attitude Expected to be at work and on time every day Expected to communicate with supervisors in a timely manner if unable to be at work or anticipate being late to work Responsible for site clean-up to include maintenance and care for LRC tools and equipment Willing and able to help form setters and finishers with various tasks Ability to safely operate power tools and some equipment Willing to learn new skills and take on more responsibility and expand roll upon supervisor request Stay on task and work diligently throughout work day Have a reliable source of transportation to and from work Must be task oriented and able to complete directed task from beginning to end and not leave tasks unfinished. Available to work long hours daily including overtime and weekends Other unlisted duties may be required and requested of employee
