Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling Load and unload materials and tools at job sites Safely operate company tools and equipment Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting 1-2 years previous foundation repair or construction experience required.
