Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship building skills to join the Candor Wealth Management team as an experienced Investment Advisor Representative. As an Investment Advisor Representative , you will work with individuals and families to provide investment advice, manage portfolios, and execute client securities trades through Charles Schwab.
Location:
Onsite M-F, 8am - 5pm

•What You Will Be Expected to
Do:
Assist clients with achieving and maintaining financial security by providing financial advice and matching solutions with clients' needs and goals Develop rapport with clients and foster trusted long-term relationships Utilize the Apex Advisor Mastermind marketing, sales, and client acquisition program (training provided) to attract and onboard new clients Demonstrate knowledge of Candor Wealth Management products, services, and financial market trends Provide dedicated and focused client experiences Perform Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) duties (training provided)

What We Are Looking For:
3-7+ years' financial services experience required; client-facing experience preferred Series 65 required OR strong experience + Series 7 and willingness to obtain Series 65 Entrepreneurial, competitive, and coachable
Client-focused:
strong communication and effective relationship management skills Proactive demeanor, strong initiative, honesty, and integrity Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and communications Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM software In addition, the selected candidate must present themselves in a professional manner and be extremely articulate with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, small office environment.
