Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, and finishing Support concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork construction to ensure smooth surfaces and accurate structures Install rebar, metal studs, and other framing components according to blueprints and technical specifications Interpret construction plans and blueprints to understand project requirements and execute tasks accordingly Conduct site safety inspections, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents Perform heavy lifting and material transportation across the site while following proper lifting techniques Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in construction environments Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings Knowledge of concrete forming, cutting, pouring, finishing, and pumping techniques Experience with rebar installation, metal stud framing, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and flooring installation Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely in accordance with workplace safety regulations Familiarity with construction estimating processes and understanding of construction plans Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol adherence Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete cutters, and other relevant equipment Experience working on renovation projects or in general construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship Join us as a Construction Laborer where your energy fuels our progress!
