Back Laborer Underground Laborer Leander , Texas Direct Hire Jul 29, 2026 GridSource is seeking a Laborer in Leander, TX! Pay Rate $17-20 per hour depending on experience

Requirements:

Maintain a valid driver's license. Must set up and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. Responsible for maintaining, cleaning and organizing work area, truck, equipment, tools and office location. Turning in fuel slips and truck/equipment walkthroughs weekly fully completed Maintain a clean workspace and clean shop/yard space. Fuel up at the end of shift all trucks and equipment. Possess the physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and performing manual labor.

Key Responsibilities and Expectation:

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure, such as conduits, manholes, handholes, and associated equipment. Assist crew members, including technicians and supervisors, in various construction activities. Assist in trenching and excavation activities for underground cable placement.
