Join Our Growing Team Red Rock Construction & Remodel is a growing residential construction and remodeling company with a steady flow of projects and great opportunities to grow. Our work includes drywall installation and repair, taping, mudding and texture, flooring, painting, carpentry, framing, kitchens, bathrooms, full home remodels, and general construction . We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in doing quality work . You do not need to know everything—we value a good attitude, willingness to learn, and someone who is ready to work as part of a team. or remodeling is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. What We're Looking For Some or remodeling Willingness to learn and improve Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Valid driver's license is required Basic hand tools are a plus Skills That Are a Plus Drywall installation and repair Taping, mudding, and texture Flooring installation Painting Finish carpentry Framing General remodeling experience Ability to work independently English and Spanish What We Offer Starting pay at $20/hour , with opportunities for higher pay based on experience and skills Consistent, year-round work Opportunities to grow with the company Organized and professional work environment Bi-weekly pay A team where good work and a good attitude are valued We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a company, learn new skills, and build a long-term opportunity in construction .
