Responsibilities Assist with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to ensure smooth project progress. Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Support skilled tradespeople by delivering materials, setting up work areas, and assisting with installation or repair activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris, organizing supplies, and ensuring safety standards are met. Participate in routine inspections of job sites to identify hazards or issues, reporting them promptly to supervisors. Follow instructions closely to support project timelines and quality standards. Contribute positively to team efforts by demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude. Experience Previous experience in construction or service-related roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating manual tools. Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Basic understanding of construction processes or familiarity with tools is advantageous but training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
