This role is essential in supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on the job site. Prior Construction experience is a plus. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure personal and team safety. Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge in construction practices. Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Basic knowledge of construction terminology and practices is a plus.
