General Labor Technician

Overview Position:

Handyman / Maintenance Technician (Part‑time available) About Us Willows Handy Services provides high-quality, reliable home and small‑business repair, maintenance, and improvement services across the local area. What You'll Do Perform a variety of general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks (carpentry, drywall, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, door/window repair, flooring, deck/porch repairs, and appliance hookups). Troubleshoot problems, recommend practical solutions, and complete work to company standards. Provide accurate time and materials estimates and track job costs. Maintain clean, safe work areas and equipment. Communicate with clients courteously, explain required work, and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper documentation (work orders, invoices, photos). Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in general home maintenance, construction, or similar trade work. (Preferred not required) Strong handyman skills across multiple trades; formal trade certification is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Professional, punctual, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed.
