Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hardscape Foreman and Laborers, where you will lead and support the installation of high-quality outdoor hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and much more. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilize your skills to transform outdoor spaces into stunning functional landscapes. Responsibilities Lead and supervise hardscape installation crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute project specifications accurately. Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and compactors to prepare sites for installation. Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing materials like concrete, brick, stone. Perform construction inspection duties to verify quality control throughout each phase of the project. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in hardscape installation or related construction fields Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Skilled in operating heavy machinery and hand/power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and inspection procedures. Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; certification in heavy equipment operation preferred. Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
