Multi-Family Construction Superintendent

About Us L.B. West Construction is a trusted general contractor based in Scottsdale specializing in high-quality multi-family residential projects in Phoenix and throughout Arizona. We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee day-to-day field operations for a new multi-family development in Show Low, AZ. •Pay depending on experience. Responsibilities Supervise and lead construction crews on-site, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. Manage daily field operations, including scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics. Enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures. Conduct and lead weekly project meetings with contractors and stakeholders. Monitor progress, proactively resolve issues, and maintain project timelines. Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and budgets. Qualifications Proven superintendent experience in multi-family construction projects. Strong background in wood framing and field operations. Proficient in reading construction drawings and working in Procore. Demonstrated leadership and crew management experience. Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating complex construction activities. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
