This is a hands-on management position for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, developing employees, maintaining high standards, and getting the job done. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can confidently manage people and operations while also stepping in and helping wherever needed. What You'll Do Oversee daily business operations and ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Lead, supervise, train, and develop employees to build a strong, productive team. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and constructive feedback. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional communication and service. Assist with sales and work toward achieving company sales goals. Manage POS systems, inventory, cash handling, and daily transactions accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop and work environment. Assist with receiving, loading, and unloading customer orders using a forklift and by hand. Support deliveries and other day-to-day operations as needed. Work closely with ownership/management to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service, and overall business performance. Lead by example and be willing to work alongside the team when needed. What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or management experience is required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and able to hold yourself and others accountable. Comfortable working with customers and handling sales responsibilities. Strong basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to operate a forklift; forklift certification is a plus. Experience with QuickBooks and/or POS systems is a plus. Experience in construction, building materials, landscape supply, retail, or customer service is a plus. Construction field or management experience is highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be willing to work in a hands-on environment that includes lifting, loading, unloading, and other physical duties when necessary. Clean Driving record for insurance and possible deliveries with company vehicle. Why Join Us?
